Ingredients
- 2 cups of boiled chana lentils
- some chana lentil aquafaba (liquid from cooking lentils)
- 5 or 6 garlic cloves
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt as desired
Steps
- add ingredients to a blender and blend
- add cooking liquid as needed to get the texture you want
- note - you can split the lentils into 2 batches to make the blending easier
Enjoy with vegetables
