Ingredients


  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • Enough water

Steps


  1. Put the flour in a bowl and 1/4 cup of water
  2. Mix the flour and water until all the flour is combined and it reaches the right texture, slowly add water 1 or 2 tbsp at a time as needed.
  3. knead the dough for a minute or 2 to break up the gluten and make the roti hold together properly
