Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 green chilis
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
Steps
- toast 1 or 2 tomatoes on an open flame until they start to get a reasonable amount of charring
- add tomatoes, green chilis, garlic cloves, and salt to a blender and blend it up
Goes great with rice and pretty much any indian curry
