Ingredients
- 2 guavas
- small handful of cilantro
- small piece ginger
- 1 green chili (optional for spicyness)
- 1/4 lemon (juice) about 1 or 2 tsp
Spices
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Steps
- slice off top and bottom of guavas, and slice in half
- use a spoon or knife to quarter the guavas and remove the seeds
- add ingredients to a blender (all but the lemon juice) and blend
- add lemon juice
