Ingredients
- 1 small handful of cilantro
- 2 or 3 green chilis
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 baked potatoes (medium sized) peeled
- 1/2 tsp salt
The video shows how to use a grindstone, but we'll have to make due with a mortar and pestle. Could be blended, but won't taste the same
Steps
- mix them up on a grind stone or mortar and pestle one ingredient at a time in the order in the ingredients.
- keep breaking them up until you have a nice uniform consistency paste
- add salt at the end, and mix it up again until it's all mixed
