Ingredients
- 1 small unripe mango (about 2 tbsp of mango flesh)
- 5 green chilis (you can add less if you don’t want it to be spicy, or even omit completely)
- small handful of cilantro
- hand full mint leaves (about ½ as much as the cilantro)
- 3 or 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 small onions
- 10-12 black peppercorns
- 1/3 cup of water
Steps
- remove skin and seed from mango
- Put all ingredients in the blender
- Blend them :)
