Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup jaggery ( you can use dates as well)
- 10 almonds
- 3 tbsp of 3 different dried berries - raisins, golden raisins, blueberries, etc
Steps
- wash the rice, and then add to pressure cooker
- chop almonds, add it to the list
- add the dried berries, jaggery, and water
- pressure cook, or boil the rice until it’s done
