Ingredients
- 10-11 small baked or boiled potatoes
Spices
- black pepper - 20+ cranks
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- rock salt to taste
- 3 tsp anardana powder (pomegranate)
Steps
- break the potatoes into smaller pieces
- put the potatoes and spices into a bowl and mix
- heat up a pan and add the potato mix to the pan dry roast for 2 minutes
- add 1/2 cup water, mix and cook for 4 or 5 minutes covered, the water should be cooked out
- top with a little cilantro
