Black pepper potato Curry (Navratri Vrat Recipe)

Ingredients


  • 10-11 small baked or boiled potatoes

Spices


  • black pepper - 20+ cranks
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • rock salt to taste
  • 3 tsp anardana powder (pomegranate)

Steps


  1. break the potatoes into smaller pieces
  2. put the potatoes and spices into a bowl and mix
  3. heat up a pan and add the potato mix to the pan dry roast for 2 minutes
  4. add 1/2 cup water, mix and cook for 4 or 5 minutes covered, the water should be cooked out
  5. top with a little cilantro
