Ingredients
- 2 cauliflower florets
- 1 green chili
- 1 serving of dough for roti
Spices
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp curry
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic herb
Steps
- grate the cauliflower
- cut a small green chili and add to the cauliflower
- add the spices
- take the dough for a roti, and start to flatten it out and roll it
- add the cauliflower mixture to the middle of the flattened roti
- pull the edges over the mixture to enclose it in the roti
- flatten the roti back out with the mixture inside
- when it’s nice and flat, add to a heated pan
- flip every 30-45 seconds until cooked through
- finish directly over the fire
