Single serve stuffed cauliflower roti

Ingredients


  • 2 cauliflower florets
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 serving of dough for roti

Spices


  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp curry
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic herb

Steps


  1. grate the cauliflower
  2. cut a small green chili and add to the cauliflower
  3. add the spices
  4. take the dough for a roti, and start to flatten it out and roll it
  5. add the cauliflower mixture to the middle of the flattened roti
  6. pull the edges over the mixture to enclose it in the roti
  7. flatten the roti back out with the mixture inside
  8. when it’s nice and flat, add to a heated pan
  9. flip every 30-45 seconds until cooked through
  10. finish directly over the fire
