Ingredients
- 1 Daikon radish (use several small ones) (peeled and diced)
- 1 medium sized potato (diced)
- 4 small tomatoes (diced)
- 1 green chili
Spices
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp mango powder
- pinch of hing
Steps
- heat up pressure cooker and add tomatoes, spices, and green chili
- water sauté the tomatoes and spices for 3-4 minutes
- add potatoes, radish, and 1/2 cup of water
- pressure cook for 5 minutes and allow to pressure release for 10 minutes
- mash the potatoes and radishes a little bit (leave plenty of chunks)
Note - you should have about as much radish as you have potatoes in about the same chopped size. If you’re using red radishes just keep that in mind
