Ingredients
- 2 boiled/baked potatoes (diced)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- Lemon juice to taste (1 tsp or so)
- Some cilantro green sauce (3 or 4 spoonfuls)
- Some cilantro to top
Spices
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Mango Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
Steps
- put potatoes into a bowl with spices and mix to coat the potatoes
- dry roast the potato mix on a slow flame (take care not to press the potatoes so they keep their shape) - 2 minutes
- put potatoes back into the bowl, and add remaining ingredients and mix as a salad
Optional:
Add some tamarind sauce, or a tsp of jaggery
