Onion Uttapam

Ingredients


  • Dosa Batter
  • 2 small chopped onions
  • 1 small chopped tomato
  • chopped cilantro
  • garlic herb
  • black pepper
  • salt

Steps


  1. heat a non stick pan, spread dosa batter the way you could a pancake (about 1/4th cup per uttapam)
  2. after about 45 seconds add a little bit of the chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, a little salt, pepper, and garlic herbs (like you’d add pizza toppings)
  3. press all the veggies into the pancake (uttapam), cook until the bottom is browned
  4. flip when browned, and cook as you could a pancake

Note - these ingredients are enough for several uttapams

Enjoy with green sauce or as a snack
