Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas (drained)
- 1 small potato (already cooked)
- 1/2 cup puffed rice
- 1 tomato
- 1 small onion
- 5 tsp tamarind sauce
- 2 tsp cilantro green sauce
- 1/4 cup cilantro
Spices
- 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder (or chana masala if you can get it)
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
Steps
- put chickpeas into bowl and add spices to the bowl and mix
- dry roast the chickpeas and spice mixtures for 3 or 4 minutes. They’ll start to brown
- put chickpeas back into the bowl and add all the other ingredients. Mix well
