Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
Spices
- 1/8 tsp Pasta seasoning
- 1/8 tsp Garlic herb
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Mango powder
Steps
- cut potatoes in half, then cut each half in half again, and then a 3rd time to make potato wedges
- boil potato wedges until they just start to get soft (not completely cooked)
- drain potatoes and add seasonings and stir to coat the wedges
- air fry potatoes - 25-30 minutes 220c (428f)
Enjoy with some green sauce
